Is Gratuity added to the rental charge?

or will I compensate the Chauffeur?
 

At SLS we do not add Gratuity to your rental charge.

We believe you have the right to compensate your Chauffer directly  for Good Service.

Suggested Gratuity Rates are between 15% & 20%
